Don't you just hate it when this happens?

How many times have you made an account for something, then ended up forgetting the password for it? This has been happening to me a lot lately, getting pretty annoying. Has this ever happened to you before, and if so, how often does it happen?

For me, it's been a problem fairly often. It gets annoying when the site sends you the password, but then you can't access the e-mail account as well, which has happened to me quite a few times (for the same site).

As of now, I'm very irritated about the fact that the site reset my password, account ID, and PIN number, but sent it to an e-mail address that I no longer have access to for two reasons. One, it requires a subscription, which my family doesn't really want to pay, since there are other e-mail websites. Two, my family recieves its Internet connection from another source, so we stopped using that one.

I bet your memory is better than mine though. I've forgotten the user name/ID, password, or PIN number for over 20 or so accounts.

Yeah, forgetting e-mail account passwords is one of the worst ones. You have no absolutely no access to anything that someone sends you if it's automated.

The one that I forgot the password for and got a new one sent to the e-mail address, I'd rather not say. I will tell you that it's for a game though. The e-mail site that the password was sent to was cox.net.

And I used to have a Neopets account (still do, but I don't use it) in like 3rd grade. Ah, those days were the best. Nearly no homework or projects, easy tests and quizzes, free time all day...

Why does it matter? So all posts on here have to be serious and have to pertain to your blog? I don't see why that would matter, and it's more convenient to message you on the blog.

Because if it's not serious, it could be something talked about somewhere else. And they don't have to be serious, they just have to be somewhat related to the topic. If it's not related to the topic, I'd rather see it in a PM.

I don't understand this second part. How is it a joke if you have the word "Princess" in your name? Is it a joke that I have "bobby" in my name?

I have actually tried that before, since when I first made accounts (back when I was around 7 or 8), I followed the suggestions of writing them down. Only thing is, I was pretty unorganized (and still am), so I lost it within a week. So yeah, not going to try that again. My parents also go around my room and throw away things that they think is just garbage.

I use passwords that are all the same nowadays, but back when I made the account I had like 10 or 15 different passwords (and it was pretty annoying trying to match up the passwords with the accounts when I got older). And like I said, if I write them down, my parents will probably see it and think it's gibberish, then throw it away. They have an odd knack for being able to find papers that I like to hide.
