It's a bit high-pitched...

The tune itself is pretty good, but the notes sounded a lot higher than they should've been. You might want to make the notes lower next time so they don't hurt people's ears. Also, the ending sounds like it has some random notes in it, not sure whether those were on purpose or not.

Ha, how coincidental

I just beat Tutankoopa a couple hours ago on my Paper Mario game. Good times, good times...

The song itself if pretty nice, but that long rest in the beginning without any real sounds (the first 20 seconds or so) really takes off from the song. The rest of the song is pretty good though, although the repeated notes do get annoying after a while. Anyway, keep it up!

ninjakoopa-33 responds:

If by repeated notes you mean the electric bass, then I agree, it does get annoying after a while.
Thanks for the review, and keep an eye out for Koopa Bros. Theme!

Incredible!

For someone who hasn't heard this before except for YouTube versions, this is an extremely well done piece of music! Instead of just adding or removing some instruments, you added completely original parts in addition to everything in this song to make something better.

I agree with everyone else who said that this should've been in one of the games, it sounds so much more dramatic and adventurous than the ones in the games.

Ah, this brings back memories...

I hated fighting Cortez, he was the only boss who actually killed me (Shadow Queen only got me to 20, Bonetail made me use a Life Shroom). His 4 forms really ticked me off. And now I have to redo him because my memory card got formatted, bleh.

But aside from that, good song, pretty catchy, although it tends to get a bit boring since it seems to repeat itself.

thanks, i guess..

Very nice

A light and relaxing piano that starts it off, then leads into a more interesting section at :14, which in turn leads to a dramatic sounding section at :34. I like it.

The tone of the piece seems very soothing, and it's fairly simple. Overall, it's a very nice piece.

thanks for the review for sure! hope you enjoy my other songs.

Shame that it's so short

This song is just plain awesome. And I agree with the person who said that this should be in an actual Mario game, it has a much lighter tone than the ones in the games.

Awesome

The original's good, but this is better.

Great remix

Song name is "Blue" by Eiffel 65 (the lyrics say I'm blue but the song name is just "Blue")

Lyrics are the following: (I think you skipped the first section entirely and went straight to the "I'm blue" part)

Yo listen up here's the story
About a little guy that lives in a blue world
And all day and all night and everything he sees
Is just blue, like him inside and outside
Blue his house with the blue little window
And a blue corvette and everything is blue for him
And himself and everybody around
Cause he ain't got nobody to listen

I'm blue, da ba dee da ba die (x7)
I'm blue, da ba dee da ba die (x7)

I have a blue house with a blue window
Blue is the colour of all that I wear
Blue are the streets and all the trees are too
I have a girlfriend and she is so blue
Blue are the people here that walk around
Blue like my corvette it's in and outside
Blue are the words I say and what I think
Blue are the feelings that live inside me

I'm blue, da ba dee da ba die (x7)
I'm blue, da ba dee da ba die (x7)

Inside and outside
Blue his house with the blue little window
And a blue corvette and everything is blue for him
And himself and everybody around
Cause he ain't got nobody to listen

I'm blue, da ba dee da ba die (x7)
I'm blue, da ba dee da ba die (x7)
